Terms of Service

1. Introduction and scope

These terms of services (“Terms”) are a binding agreement that governs your use of coinop.site, the Coinop web app, our smart contracts on Robinhood Chain and related services (the “Services”). Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy form part of these terms.

By creating an account or placing a wager, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

Eligibility. You may use the Services only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if higher.
• Using the Services is legal where you live and where you are when you play.
• You are not located in, resident in or a citizen of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are not on any sanctions list and are not acting for anyone who is.
• You are not self-excluded from Coinop or barred from gambling by law or court order.
• You hold only one Coinop account, you use it yourself, and you play with funds you own that come from lawful sources.

Restricted Jurisdictions. The Coinop service is not available globally, and you may only use the service if you are not a resident of or located in a Prohibited Country. Coinop does not provide the Service, nor do we accept registration of users in the following countries: Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Canada, China (Mainland), Comoros, Cuba, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. We may add jurisdictions at any time.

We use IP and wallet screening to block restricted users. Using a VPN or any other method to get around these blocks breaches these Terms. If we find you are ineligible, we may close your account, block linked wallets, void open wagers and withhold winnings, tickets or prizes that we control.

2. How Coinop works

Your account and wallet. You sign in through Privy, our login and wallet provider, using your email, phone number, a social account or an existing crypto wallet. Privy then creates an embedded wallet for your account. The wallet is self-custodial: neither Coinop nor Privy can access its private key or move your funds without your approval. You can export the private key at any time and use the wallet in other apps. Privy's own terms also apply to your use of its services.

Funding and withdrawals. You fund your wallet by transferring USDG from another wallet or exchange, or through an onramp provider offered in the app. Onramp providers are third parties with their own terms, fees and identity checks. You can withdraw to any address at any time.

One-tap play. You can let Coinop submit wagers from your wallet without a confirmation prompt each time. Every wager submitted this way counts as a wager you placed.

Transactions are final. Every wager is an onchain transaction from your wallet, and payouts go straight back to it through our smart contracts. We cannot reverse, cancel or refund a transaction once it is confirmed onchain.

Games. The Services currently include:

Full rules, payout tables and fees for each game are shown in the app. Those in-app rules form part of these Terms. We may add, change, pause or remove games.

House edge and fees. Coinop games carry a house edge of 3% unless the in-app rules state otherwise. Player-versus-player games such as Showdown charge a fee on the pot instead.

Payout limits. To protect the bankroll, the maximum payout on any single wager is capped at a percentage of the current bankroll. The cap is shown before you confirm a wager. Wagers that would exceed it are rejected.

Fairness and outcomes. Game outcomes are decided by our smart contracts using verifiable randomness from drand or, for price-based games, by prices from Lighter perpetual DEX price feeds on Robinhood Chain. You can verify any result onchain. The onchain record of a result is final, except where Section 5 allows us to void it.

3. Weekly lottery, points and campaigns

Lottery funding. A share of every wager, currently 2.4% of the wager amount, goes to the weekly lottery prize pool. We may also add promotional funds to the pool.

Tickets. You earn one lottery ticket for every 100 USDG you wager. There is no cap on tickets. You may also buy tickets directly at $3 each. Tickets are valid only for the draw week in which they are earned.

Draws. Draws take place every Monday at 2:00 PM UTC. Winners are selected using public, verifiable randomness. 30 prizes are paid each week under the prize table shown in the app. A wallet can win at most one prize per draw. Once a wallet wins, it is removed from the rest of that draw.

Claims. Winners claim prizes onchain within 5 days after the round is finalized. Prizes cannot be claimed after the deadline. Unclaimed funds may then be returned to the lottery pool for future draws.

Points and leaderboard. You may earn points based on your wager volume, at rates shown in the app. The leaderboard ranks wallets by wager volume and shows profit and loss for information. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not a promise of any future token, airdrop or reward. We may change point rates, apply multipliers, or reset or remove points at any time, including to address abuse.

Campaigns. We run time-limited campaigns such as Partner Boost, which may give eligible wallets a points multiplier or a free lottery ticket. Each campaign has its own eligibility rules and window, shown when it launches. One claim per wallet unless the campaign says otherwise.

Off-chain controls. Points and the ticket earn rate are managed off-chain by us. Everything else, including wagers, outcomes and lottery payouts, runs onchain.

4. Third-party protocols

Third-party protocols. Some features rely on outside services we do not control, including Privy for login and embedded wallets, Robinhood Chain, onramp providers, randomness and price oracles. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their downtime, errors, pricing, fees or security failures, or for losses they cause.

Token. Holding a platform utility token launched by Coinop issued on Robinhood Chain gives you no ownership, equity, voting right, dividend or claim on Coinop's assets or revenue. Any buyback program is discretionary and may change or stop at any time. The price of this token can fall to zero. Nothing we publish is investment advice or an offer of securities.

5. Prohibited conduct and enforcement

You must not:

• Use the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction, or hide your location with a VPN or similar tool.
• Open more than one account, or use multiple accounts or wallets to farm points, tickets or campaign rewards, or to win more than one lottery prize per draw.
• Collude with other players, including in Showdown, Gains Race or Crash.
• Exploit bugs, pricing errors, oracle delays or contract flaws instead of reporting them.
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, unless we allow it in writing.
• Manipulate the prices or markets that game results depend on.
• Use funds from crime, launder money or finance terrorism.
• Attack, overload or interfere with our contracts, website or infrastructure.
• Sell, share or lend your account, or use someone else's. Play while self-excluded, or help someone else get around a self-exclusion.

Our remedies. If we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms, we may do any of the following without notice: suspend or close your account, block linked wallets from our interface, remove points and leaderboard positions, cancel lottery tickets and campaign rewards, disqualify you from draws, and report you to authorities. Where our contracts allow it, we may void wagers affected by a malfunction, an exploit or an obvious pricing error and return stakes. Suspension never gives us control of your funds. You can still export your private key or withdraw.

Bug reports. Report vulnerabilities to help@coinop.site. We may pay a bounty at our discretion. Good-faith reporters who do not exploit the issue will not face action under this section.

6. Risks you accept

Using Coinop carries real risk. By using the Services, you confirm you understand and accept that:

• You can lose everything you wager. Every game has a house edge or fee, so over time players lose more than they win on average. Only wager money you can afford to lose.
• Leverage magnifies losses. In Showdown and Moonshot, small price moves can wipe out your stake within seconds.
• Faster play means faster losses. Embedded wallets and one-tap play remove confirmation steps, so you can place many wagers quickly. Use the limits in our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Smart contracts can fail. Our contracts may have bugs or be exploited despite testing and audits. Funds sent to a faulty contract may be lost.
• Blockchains, oracles and Privy can fail. Network congestion, outages, reorganisations, oracle delays or wrong prices can affect results, delay payouts or cause failed transactions. If Privy is unavailable, you may be unable to sign in or play until it returns.
• Stablecoins and tokens can lose value. USDG or other assets may lose their peg or their price.
• Laws may change. New rules could force us to restrict or shut down the Services, in whole or in some regions.
• You must protect your login. If you lose access to your email, phone or social account, or someone takes it over, you may lose access to your wallet and funds. Add a backup login method and keep any exported private key safe. We cannot recover funds taken through a compromised login or sent to the wrong address.

7. Fees, taxes and intellectual property

Fees. All game fees and house edges are shown in the app before you confirm a wager. We may change fees for future wagers. Changes never apply to wagers already placed.

Taxes. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your winnings and transactions. We do not provide tax statements or withhold tax.

Intellectual property. The Coinop name, logo, website, interface, game designs and content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable licence to use the interface for its intended purpose. You may not copy, clone or resell our interface or brand without written permission. Our smart contracts may be public, but that does not grant you any right to use our trademarks.

8. Disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity

No warranties. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a purpose, uninterrupted access and freedom from errors. We do not guarantee any game, draw or payout will work as expected at all times.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Coinop and its directors, staff, contractors and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data or lost digital assets. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of the fees you paid to Coinop in the 3 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity. You agree to cover our losses, costs and legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law, or your misuse of the Services.

9. Disputes, changes, termination and contact

Complaints first. Before starting any legal claim, email support@coinop.site with your wallet address, the transaction hash and what went wrong. We will try to resolve it within 30 days. Governing law and arbitration. These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class action, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and post a notice in the app for material changes. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept it.

Suspension and termination. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access to our interface, or pause or shut down any game, at any time, including for legal, security or commercial reasons. Because your embedded wallet is self-custodial, your funds stay in it, and you can export its private key or withdraw even after we close your account. Sections 4 to 9 survive termination.

General. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them to a successor. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us.
